As President of Indian Culinary Forum, he has accredited the Tandoor Concept by Electrolux for its innovation and perfection after studying the Concept and post an exclusive demo for ICF members at the Centre of Excellence, Gurgaon.
Electrolux Professional was able to experience his excellent kitchen planning skills during the two-phase kitchen renovation and refurbishment of the fine-dining restaurants and bars at Le Meridian New Delhi.

Last but not least the warm & welcoming Longitude –a coffee house by day with a skilled barista crafting signature coffees, and a wine-inspired setting by night.
The kitchens of the restaurants & lounges have been suitably equipped with a full range of Electrolux equipment.
Namely air-o-steam combi ovens, 800 mm & 1200 mm modular cooking ranges with Panini grills, fryers, griddles, pasta cookers & fry tops, top-of-line refrigeration, and dishwashers (under counter, hood type, glass washers & rack type), and also the mobile Libero unit for front cooking and elaborate gala banquets.
Another unique feature of the installation is the custom made bar equipment, as well as ventilation hoods for the designer show kitchens.
